In Case of Emergency

  • Contact Fremont Memorial Hospital, 1(419) 332-7321 or Tiffin Mercy Hospital, 447-3130. Dr. Young can be reached by calling the operator at either hospital. Go to the Emergency Room if you have sudden vision loss, extreme pain or redness.
